Lowbridge
Director
Brenden commenced in the property industry in 2007, working for New South Wale’s largest private property developer.
After moving on from this role, Brenden has successfully delivered numerous residential development projects whilst operating an award-winning Newcastle based finance brokerage.
Brenden’s in depth understanding of finance and development feasibilities has led to excellent commercial results on all past projects.
Brenden's role within PARVIA is both creating and assessing opportunities for the company. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, majoring in Finance and Economics from the University of Newcastle.
Brenden’s property and finance experience coupled with his energy and determination ensure outstanding outcomes for all PARVIA stakeholders.

With many years of hands-on experience in the real estate and property development industry, Ryan Houston is a real estate phenomenon who has become one of Newcastle’s top agents, specializing in off-the-plan project sales.
A licensed Real Estate agent, Ryan has an intricate knowledge of both the Newcastle and broader market. Ryan has worked closely with many of the countries leading development companies, and when it comes to his role within PARVIA, he prides himself on being a developer who is both trusted and respected.
Ryan has successfully executed the design, marketing and sales strategy on development projects ranging from a custom single residence to 200 + apartments in size, with individual project values exceeding $150M.
His track record of success on both his personal and business-based developments is the reason he’s considered an expert in this field.
Hundreds of buyer appointments over many years means he knows exactly what clients want when buying a new residence. He is able to bring this deep expertise into PARVIA by ensuring the design is a perfect lifestyle fit for prospective purchasers.
Kurt
Bruggestrass
Director
Kurt’s background is that of a second generation builder, having worked on construction sites since 15 years of age. Progressing from Cadet through to Project Manager by the age of 24, Kurt then shifted his focus towards the pre-construction phase, covering aspects of Estimation, Design Development, and Contract Management.
Kurt’s experience in construction is diverse, having worked on projects ranging in value from $200,000 through to $110,000,000 across the residential and commercial sectors. He is extremely diligent, paying a high level of attention to detail in order to achieve a quality product. Like all of PARVIA's Directors, Kurt has a hands-on approach throughout the project’s delivery, ensuring the best outcome is achieved for PARVIA’s clients.
Kurt's high level of expertise in both costing and delivering the construction phase of a project puts PARVIA at a strategic advantage to many other developers. Kurt has a large involvement on maximizing the initial design and calculating the construction costing on every project. This ensures both an accurate feasibility and more importantly, an end product that exceeds expectations.
